SPECIAL OFFERS, DEALS & PROMOTIONS
To qualify for a special offer, deal or promotion of any kind, you will need to book & pay the deposit whilst the offer, deal or promotion is valid. Under no circumstances will I apply an offer, deal or promotion to any of my photography packages outside of the offer, deal or promotion dates.

I AM INTERESTED IN BOOKING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES, WILL YOU HOLD A DATE FOR ME?
Once it has been confirmed that I have availability to photograph your wedding I will hold the wedding date for a period of one week. After this time has expired, the date will be available on a first come, first served basis. Only a booking deposit will secure a date for you after this time. If you pay the deposit and then change your mind a full deposit refund will be given for a period of 7 days from the day after payment was made.
HOW DO WE BOOK THE PHOTOGRAPHER?
Once it is confirmed that I am available to photograph your wedding, a consultation meeting can be arranged for you to view my portfolio and to discuss your wedding requirements.
If you then wish to book, a small amount of paper work will be need to be completed and a deposit of £100 will be need to be paid. This will then secure my photography services for your wedding day.
DO YOU TAKE CARD PAYMENTS?
Yes, You can pay by cash, debit card or credit card. My card reader allows you to make secure pin number protected payments or I can take payment over the phone if you wish. A receipt will always be given/forwarded.
ARE THERE ANY TRAVEL OR PARKING COSTS?
Travel costs are included if the wedding is held with-in Worcestershire or Warwickshire. However fees may be charged for weddings further afield, this can be discussed with myself. You will never be presented with a bill for "excess" fees unless it has been discussed & agreed before the wedding. All vehicle parking fees must be paid by the Bride & Groom.
HOW LONG BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE PHOTOGRAPHS AFTER THE WEDDING?
Typically my wedding customers receive their photographs with-in 8 weeks of the wedding date, however during exceptionally busy periods the wait may be up-to 12 weeks. Once your photographs are ready I will contact yourselves to arrange a time to drop them off.
WHEN DO YOU REQUIRE PAYMENT FOR YOUR SERVICES?
A deposit of £100 is required when you initially book my photography services. The final balance can be paid at anytime up to & including the wedding day. You may also pay in instalments if you wish to.
CAN BRIDES, GROOMS & GUESTS ASK TO SEE THE PHOTOGRAPHERS “DIGITAL” PHOTOGRAPHS ON THE DAY?
No, as a photographer I shoot in the “raw” format. (A professional version of Jpeg) therefore what can be viewed on the camera will look very different to what you will receive on your USB once you receive your wedding photographs.
DO YOU MIND GUESTS TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU?
It is your wedding, so you are in charge of the rules. But “paparazzi” wedding guests will certainly have a negative impact on your wedding photographs.
If a (photographer) guest is rushing around taking & staging photographs, the guests will feel that they have already been photographed & they can then be reluctant to be photographed again. This can then lead to missing photographs by the professional photographer. I also miss a lot of "one chance" photographs because of this. Imagine you are walking down the aisle and just as I am about to take a photograph some one holds an i-pad up.
DO YOU EXPECT TO EAT WITH THE GUESTS OR HAVE A MEAL PROVIDED?
No, but thank you if you have offered. I want to be able to eat as quickly as I can, so that I can go to my car to back up the wedding photographs, so that I know they are safe. I will also use this time to check equipment & change batteries.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, I hold photographers public liability insurance.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?
Fun and relaxed, working towards mostly natural/candid ‘documentary style’ photos with a small selection of traditional photographs.
CAN WE HAVE A SAY ON THE PHOTOGRAPHS YOU TAKE?
Yes, Although I am an experienced photographer, I would actively encourage yourselves to get involved. You will know your families and friends better than I ever will, so do not be afraid to ask me to take a certain photograph for you.
ARE ALL THE IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE YOURS?
Yes. All the photos seen on this website are personally created by myself.
WHAT BRAND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
All of my equipment is Nikon. It is updated every three years or sooner if need be. For editing I use the industry standard "Adobe Photoshop"
DO YOU HAVE BACK UP EQUIPMENT IN CASE OF FAILURE?
Yes, I will attend your wedding with "two" of every piece of equipment I need, this includes cameras, lenses, batteries,etc.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by you (customer) within seven days of booking will entitle you to a full refund of all money paid. Cancellation after this period means you may forfeit your deposit. If you cancel your wedding you should presume that you WILL lose your deposit, however if I manage to book another wedding for your cancelled date, then I will refund in full.
If you need to move your wedding date due to unforeseen circumstances, then I am usually happy to switch dates (subject to availability) and transfer your deposit to the new date.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by me then I’ll refund in full all money you’ve paid.
The weather will have a huge impact on your wedding photographs, from a summer downpour, harsh sunlight to snow in the winter. Redditch Wedding Photography accepts no responsibility for your wedding photographs that are affected by unfavourable conditions. I will always endeavour to work with you to photograph your wedding at its best, but be aware that my smaller packages may not allow time for this.
